Daily Functions include- Involved in Requirement Analysis, Estimation, Prioritization and Coordination of testing activities - Define, Design, Scripting, Execute, Revisit and Release features across web/mobile applications as per defined Testing Parameters- Managing QA team members and their daily workload- Analysing current system gaps and optimizing processes as applicable- Preparing and Presenting weekly status to all stakeholders as per various Quality metrics - Mentoring QA personnel- Involved in designing regression automation test case suite leveraging SIFT automation using Python, Robot Framework, Copilot, using Github, Helios and qTest tool- Built scripts for API testing using Postman, ReadyAPI and Swagger tools- Worked in tandem with the Product Owner to record customer requirements by conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating group discussions as part of the business analysis requirement management for 3 projects including 8 modules of the RBC Audit vertical- Responsible for end-to-end validation of user stories, test flow and system diagrams, functional and non-functional requirement documents of 2 applications and 5 modules for the testing team using JIRA, Figma and by following Agile methodologies as a member of a team of 10- Defined necessary KPIs for developers and testing teams for final delivery as per industry standards- Defined Accessibility Guidelines as per company-shared guidelines to make the application WCAG 2 compliant- Carried out necessary user training before the final product launch with proper user manual and document handouts.
