Responsible for 1,500+ FTEs (TCV US$ 360 Mn) across the globe with a significant future expansion plan• Global Account Executive/ Client Partner & Practice Head for CBS (internal shared services of FTEs Globally with revenue of 100+ Mn Euros) F&A, Procurement, HR, Marketing and Communications, BSEC, Contract Compliance, Legal, Global Risk and Compliance and Concurrent Audit supporting and managing overall service delivery, creating new offerings, helping in new ramp ups, transitions, transformations, best practice sharing etc. Scaled up this practice from ~1400 FTEs with annualized revenue of Eur 40 ME to FTEs with annualized revenue of Eur 100+ ME in last 7 years• APAC Go to Market Cluster Head for BSv for all the 3rd Party engagements (20+ clients and ~2200 FTEs with revenue of ~50 Mn Euros) in the region, responsible for delivery, client management, P&L, Account Development, Sales etc. Currently handing over this responsibility to 2 VPs to move to the Global Delivery Executive role.• Location Head for Kolkata & Bhubaneswar (~10,500 FTEs in 2 locations) – scaled up from FTEs in 2017 to FTEs currently in Kolkata location• Transformation agenda for different functions to sync with respective Group functions and creating a roadmap and key initiatives to achieve the same• Managing Competitiveness & RPA targets through ESOAR initiatives• Implementation of different tools, technologies and Gen AI across client engagements• Space Management- Seat Utilization• CII ICTE Sub Committee member for Kolkata Location. At Capgemini I am a core committee member for POPSH & CSR at Pan India Level• Overall management, growth, administrative help, liaison with government and other local authorities, leading & coordinating for BCP/DR and R&C, driving CSR from the front, etc for Kolkata and Bhubaneswar locations
