Maintain full compliance with PESO, GPCB, CPCB, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and other statutory requirements.Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams such as Maintenance, QA/QC, EHS, R&D, and SCM to ensure seamless operations and effective resource planning. Lead, guide, and mentor production teams through training, motivation, and skill enhancement programs to build operational excellence and accountability.Prepare and maintain SOPs, batch records, and MIS reports, ensuring readiness for internal and external audits.
