Presently working as HOD electrical & Instrumentation design. Lead a team of 20 engineers for design activities on EGA, SLD, P & ID, automation configuration diagram, network architecture diagram, IP list, IO list, load list, cable tray design, cable selection, cable schedule, preparation of integration drawing, selection of SCADA, PLC & HMI, detail drawings etc. Performing design analysis, reviewing engineering drawings & demand power calculation. Control circuit design of various equipment’s used in warehouse like; CBS, telescopic conveyor, VDS, inbound conveyors, outbound conveyors, ICR, PTL, Swedi sorter, ARM sorter, DWS, tilt tray, Cubizon etc. PLC panel design, UPS selection, MCC & PDB panel design, VFD panel design, earthing scheme preparation and Lightning protection design for parcel handling equipment’s using Autocad Electrical, ePLAN and creo software as per IS/IEC/CE/AS/NZ standard etc. Team building, coaching, project scheduling.
