We are headquartered in Boulder, Colorado and globally our offices are spread across Asia, Europe, and the United States, with our largest development center located in Chennai.As Managing Director, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of Flatirons India operations; development and implementation of strategic plans, company policies, personnel management, procurement, statutory compliance, and providing oversight to finance, legal, and HR teams.In addition to the above, I am also accountable for the following- P&L, budget, capex, capacity planning, resource utilization, and cost control- Engineering teams that power the aviation content management suite of products- Exploring Indian export control regulations (SCOMET) by working with DGFT and the Ministry of Defense- Acting as the primary link and integration point between Flatirons global and India regional strategy- Ensuring company\'s compliance with local laws and industry regulations- Anticipating, identifying, assessing, and mitigating all operational risks through regular audits- Driving capacity planning across functions to ensure adequate staffing- Leading, recruiting, developing, and motivating next level leaders through coaching and mentorship- Ensuring all-around great employee experiences that translate to a Great Place to Work culture- Driving Vendor Management - contract definition, negotiation, onboarding, annual performance reviews
