   In my most recent role, I manage HSSE OSHA CFR assurance in new projects, asset integrity, GHG, process safety deliverables and risk management oversight for renewable energies, new chemicals manufacturing, and specialty gasses with focus on ALARP Demos and impaired barriers to asset integrity protection. I oversee HSSE risk revalidation studies and the fugitive emissions or leak detection program. Key achievements include managing HSSE for new age green energy projects, GHG Emissions management, reducing safety critical equipment identification based on revised risk management methodology, creating a best in class practice for site HSE case studies, and devising a replication project methodology which saved CAPEX.
