Engineer-Testing ( AT Client Side - Hero MotoCorp Limited ) Project name - Dealer Management System (DMS) Key Roles & Responsibilities# Project 1- Hero Connect (Web-Application) Modules -Seles, Service & Parts)-Test Planning Strategy - Develop and maintain Test plans and strategies in alignment with product requirements-Create detailed test cases and test scripts, ensuring coverage of all functional and non-functional requirements-Test Execution - Perform manual and automated using Disha using SQL, covering functional, regression and integration testing, execute API testing using Postman, including performance and load testing -Analyze and report on performance testing results, making recommendations for improvements-Collaboration Communication - Work closely with developers, product manager and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability-Continuously improve test processes and tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness-Find the bugs and raise the Jira, after fixing this issue and again sanity testing then Final sign off to release the application to the server.# Project 2 - Service App 2.O (IOS & Android)-Test manually all except for Service App 2.O which is based on android and IOS application and find all functionality on both environments using a physical device and their Simulator.# Project 3 - ZOHO ME (Ticketing Tool)-Testing Zoho Manage Engine as per Business client Requirement to develop a user friendly environment.# Zoho Manage Engine-Tested Zoho ME as per client requirements, ensuring it provided a user-friendly ticketing environment.# Team Leadership & Training-Trained employees and L1/L2/L3 teams on DMS, Hero Connect, and Service App 2.O features, along with SQL Developer tools for troubleshooting.
