Create and execute project plans, according to changing scope and requirements (SW/HW) for capital Medical Device. • Identifying required resources, assigning, and coordinating individual responsibilities for project execution. • Optimise change control processes for efficient implementation by shortening product roll-out cycles • Support regulatory compliance with risk management, Cybersecurity assessment and safety mitigation • Defining, securing, and meeting project plans around budget, timelines, and scope. • Understanding basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections in lieu of project plans • Perform people-management tasks, including recruitment, promotions, performance, and compensation management. • Perform tasks as a stakeholder in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) product development methodology. • Identify cost saving avenues for devices and improve efficiency for device COG and improve efficiency in Operations • Collaborate with other leaders and executives to direct workflow and support operations. • Rollout and support Cloud and AI utilities
