Handpicked to support a UK based customer in the Airport industry, I this role I led SAP portfolio for the customer in an onshore-offshore model. Providing high quality Business-as-Usual (BAU) support to the customer practicing Agile methodology, leading business & technical transformation, optimizing processes & resources, and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), constituted my primary KRAs. As a Strategic Consultant and Subject Matter Expert (SME), I owned the project from design to delivery phase, which entailed formulating viable solutions based on industry best practices, aligning functions with the vision & mission of the client organization, and bridging operational gaps to deliver revenue growth. Additionally, I supported presales activities across the region as an Industry SME.\\\\n\\\\nSome of my significant accomplishments here have been:\\\\n Oversaw Cloud-to-Cloud system migration with upgrade of 8 applications distributed across 25 servers; saved time and budget for the client with zero defect reported postproduction migration.\\\\n Ensured business continuity during the unprecedented times of the COVID-19 pandemic; supported SAP BW system housekeeping and performance optimization. Significantly improved working capacity and saved disk storage space.\\\\n Spearheaded the SAP optimization program to improve the scalability and usage of existing environment, positively impacting benefits and value addition to the business; increased quarterly revenue for TCS by several thousands of pounds.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
