Metallurgist and deeptech leader with 25+ years of experience in surface engineering, advanced coatings, and plasma technology. As Founder Director of Plasmatech Innovation Foundation—a deeptech incubator and technology translation company of Institute for Plasma Research—I support startups and industries through technology transfer, commercialization, and innovation management.My technical work centers on next-generation energy materials and engineered surfaces designed for extreme operating conditions, with expertise spanning metallurgical coatings, plasma processes, high-temperature corrosion, and materials characterization (HT-XRD, XPS, SEM-EDX, nanoindentation, TG). I focus on developing application-specific surface technologies that enable effective industrial demonstration and commercial deployment.Recipient of the Young Researcher Award (SSPC India, 2015) and Fellow of ASM International, USA (2023), I remain committed to advancing deeptech R&D and strengthening technology translation for impactful industrial solutions.
