Configure, coordinate, test and validate the broadcast, recording and audiovisual systems, television and telecommunications equipment that incorporates the most advanced components available to the industry. • Work and interact with other departments to resolve issues and to ensure proper product functionality. • Provide training to fellow team members on technical procedures and configurations. • Conduct the installation and commissioning of Broadcasting equipment and systems under the direction of R&D Engineers and proposed systems design diagrams using tools such as MS VISIO• Ensure a ESD safe and organised work environment. • Use of test gear, support gear including scopes, prism, wave form analysers and audio measurements for signal flow, signal strength to the required specs. Understand and use of test procedures, Assembly drawings and Manuals. • Provide Daily report of productivity, roadblocks and suggested corrective actions. • Create wiring drawings for projects and systems - port allocations, IP Schema, Layouts. • Interfacing with customers for FAT’s/SAT’s and gathering system workflow information. • Troubleshoot, analyze, and diagnose any system interoperability issues relating to the software and hardware of the project. Perform root cause analysis to address issues. • Compliance with all Evertz Policies and Procedures • Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned to you from time to time, as determined by the Company
