   Managed the procurement of raw materials required for Tubes, Flaps, Bladders & Solid tyres in Different 4 plants. Handling raw material like Rubber, Butyl, Chemicals, carbon black, rubber oil & Reclaim rubber etc. Also looking after procurement of non-RM material like Valves, packing material & Fuels (Coal, DOC, white coal). Strategic buying to get Cost benefit and meet increasing production requirement. Handling team of 4 member effectively to meet all plant requirements. Maintained close coordination with the Plant & Vendor to maintain inventory & avoid stock out situation. Developing alternate vendor base to achieve cost reduction, increase revenues, streamline process workflow and enhance productivity innovatively for in-house and vendor’s parts Developed capability to manage the vendor/ supplier base to reduce lead time and cost wherever possible. As per company requirement Negotiated price and terms of products & services with suppliers. Working closely with plant quality team for sustainability program. Supervised price trend analysis of various basic raw materials, petrochemicals and other essential commodities for future trends; planned & implemented short & long-term sourcing strategies. Preparing monthly MIS reports related to pricing, consumption, inventory and other related parameters. As per requirement timely meeting or visit to supplier for regular monitoring of supplies and other issues. Focusing on continuous cost optimization and quality enhancement of all the RM & PMs Worked on overall ISO related activities.
