Responsibilities : As a design engineer, creation of designs, part drawings, assembly drawings along with BOM for non-standard requirements of customers in Siemens make SIVACON series LV switchboards which involves understanding of standard design and converting it to meet customer requirements As a design engineer, creation of conceptual design in given constraints & as per requirement Release of drawing and bill of material for manufacturing Supporting to Manufacturing channel processors related to Design and quality issues Carry out heat-run test on Siemens make 8PU & SIVACON series LV switchboards and LV Busduct Carry out type testing (Short-circuit test, IP test, etc.) on Siemens make 8PU series LV switchboards and LV Busduct which include proposal preparation, prototyping, planning of testing, co-ordination with test labs viz. ERDA, Baroda, etc.
