ABOUT NIRALI ADHIA-KOTHARI
I graduated in law from the University of Warwick in 2017 and worked as a paralegal for a year assisting in the family team. After successfully completing my LPC at BPP University in 2019 I commenced my training contract and qualified as a Family Law Solicitor in July 2021. I have experience dealing with both married and unmarried clients going through a breakdown of their relationship together with financial matters which arise from the client’s separation, including the division of property and other assets. I have also worked on matters where a third-party intervenor is joined into proceedings. I work with parents going through a separation who wish to reach an agreement with their partner concerning future contact arrangements and what is in the best interests of the child. I have also acted for clients who are victims of domestic abuse seeking the relevant injunctions.I also have experience in drafting pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
