About Niraj Jain

Close to 15 years of experience in developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives aimed toward optimizing sales cycles, customer acquisition, and brand building. My forte lies in designing and implementing marketing strategies, budgets, and teams structures to increase target audience engagements and conversations. In the field of digital marketing, I have extensive experience in strategizing, planning, and implementing various digital marketing tactics such as performance marketing, inbound marketing (content marketing), and outbound marketing (lead generation) including search engine & social media optimization, and paid advertising, programmatic advertising, digital media planning, and buying, eCommerce and business website design, and the use of CRM, sales, and marketing automation tools and analytics.My offline marketing ( ATL, BTL) experience includes print, outdoor, radio (campaign management, media planning, and buying), exhibitions, conferences, on-site branding, and public relations initiatives. I\'ve built and managed an in-house marketing team as well as worked with outside agencies.Before joining Ethosh, I was managing marketing for BECIS,(Berkeley Energy Commercial Industrial Solutions), a leading distributed energy solution provider serving commercial & industrial customers, and Sunshot Technologies, India\'s 3rd largest rooftop solar EPC company. In June 2020, the team of Sunshot Technologies got acquired by BECIS.Prior to Sunshot, my experience includes working with Ethosh - sales of digital customer experience solutions for industrial manufacturing and life-sciences companies in the USA, Europe, and India. I started my career with the advertising and marketing communication agency ‘Pratisaad\'. In 2013, I founded a content marketing startup ‘Admen Marcom’ which later got merged into Ethosh in 2015. I have a strong academic background in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and have completed my Master’s in Media Management from ISB & M, Pune, Master of Science in Mass Communication, Advertising & Journalism from PTU, and Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
