As Senior Engineer-RTDS Operations, responsibilities includes but NOT limited to following-Client engagement from Start to Finish (from Requirements. creating Tailored Optimization solutions to Operations Handling) for the Advanced Visualization, Drilling Optimization and Drilling Analytics solution-Provide expertise and support for the Drilling Optimization solution for the jobs around the globe-Coordinate across multiple product lines to identify requirements for new functionality as per requirements-Conducting demos for the potential clients based on their requirements and providing tailored solutions-To be the Focal Point for the Real Time Engineering and Drilling Analytics solutions for the existing and new Client/Internal projects-Working with software development team, QA/QC team on improvements, testing and troubleshooting of drilling applications, including hydraulics, torque and drag, etc-Train team members on the Drilling Optimization platform along with Real Time platform CENTRO-Continuing Training, Mentoring, Motivating team members to increase their knowledge (technical and non-technical) and keeping everyone (including myself) up to date.
