   Develop and optimize wiring harness assembly processes, including cutting, crimping, splicing, taping, and final assembly.Prepare process flow, work instructions (SOPs), PFMEA, and control plans for new and existing harness lines.Conduct line balancing and improve workstation layout to reduce cycle time and eliminate bottlenecks.Implement and maintain Lean practices such as 5S, Kaizen, waste reduction, and continuous improvement.Monitor and improve FPY (First Pass Yield), rework rates, and harness quality through root-cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D).Support New Product Introduction (NPI) – prototype builds, sample validation, and engineering change implementation.Coordinate with Quality, Design, Planning, and Production teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth manufacturing.
