Final random inspection ‘’Randomly select the product according to the quality standard required by client (AQL Standard) at different stages of product manufacturing.(A): Inline Production Inspection (IPI)- 20-40% Goods were ready at the time of inspection.(B): During Production Inspection (DPI)- 40-60% Goods were ready at the time of inspection.(C): Final Random Inspection (FRI)- 100% goods were produced and 80% packed. Packaging and labeling/shipping mark check as per documents provided by client. Products measurement checking as per specifications sheet. Random products sample pickup.
