I am currently working at CG power and Industrial solutions Limited, where I handle both routine and R&D tasks for Medium & High Voltage Instrument Transformer and Condenser Bushing. My role involves end-to-end design responsibility, including creating 3D Model, 2D Drafting, Engineering calculation, simulation, Material specification, selection ensuring the product meets all functional and manufacturing requirements.2. Prepare and submit customer, GA, Support Structure drawings and static simulation, seismic analysis, vibration analysis, model analysis and prototype verification reports. Create components drawings by applying GD & T, DFM, DFA, Tolerance Stack Up, Machining, Welding, surface finish symbols and Core Design Principal. Ensure smooth project execution by co-ordination with cross functional teams and maintaining project deadlines.3.Also manage engineering data, prepare & update BOM in SAP PP, handle code creation-code updation and handle design change management & documentation control. My Work Involves exposure to and compliance with IS, IEC, IEE and ANSI standards, ensuring all design follows international quality and safety requirements.4. Handle Condenser Bushing and Instrument Transformer Type Test activities i.e. Enquiry, Quotation management, charges approval, charges payment, Job readiness and witness Type Test at ERDA, CPRI and IIT Madrasa.5.Involved in Cost Optimization Projects and NPD Projects.6.Applying AI integration and my basic knowledge of PDM and PLM to increase production and efficiency.
