What I’ve Built:Designed and deployed a production-grade Generative AI Document Portal using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with FastAPI, LangChain, FAISS, Docker, and AWS ECS, enabling semantic search and LLM-powered question answering with CI/CD automation.Built an AI-powered E-commerce Product Assistant using an Agentic RAG architecture, integrating Selenium-based web scraping for product data collection, AstraDB for scalable storage and retrieval, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) to enable tool-based workflows such as retrieval and live web search.Implemented multi-step agent workflows using LangGraph, combining retrieval, MCP-powered web search, and reasoning to reduce hallucinations and improve response grounding.Developed an end-to-end Machine Learning system for Employee Salary Prediction during my AI/ML internship at Edunet Foundation (AICTE collaboration), performing EDA, feature engineering, and training multiple regression models (Linear Regression, Random Forest, XGBoost, CatBoost), selecting the best model based on R² score.Deployed ML and GenAI applications using Streamlit, containerized services with Docker, and deployed them on AWS (EKS/ECS, ECR).
