Hi, I’m Niraj Goswami - a Business/Data Analyst working at the intersection of data, operations, and business decision-making. Currently, I’m working at Axestrack, where I’m deployed on a client project with Adani, analyzing GPS and logistics data across large-scale supply chain operations. My work focuses on understanding vehicle movement, identifying route deviations, and uncovering operational inefficiencies that impact delivery performance. I work extensively with SQL, Excel, and Power BI to extract, clean, and transform raw data into meaningful insights. A key part of my role is building dashboards that help stakeholders track transporter performance, monitor route behavior, and take data-driven decisions. Alongside this, I collaborate closely with operations and client teams to understand business challenges and translate them into structured analytical solutions. I focus on going beyond surface-level reporting by identifying patterns in data, such as recurring delays, inefficient routes, and behavioral trends, and connecting them to practical actions that improve operational efficiency. Earlier, as a Data Analyst Intern, I worked on user behavior analysis, funnel tracking, and exploratory data analysis. I handled large datasets, ensured data quality, and derived insights that supported product and business decisions. I’ve also built end-to-end analytics projects across domains like fintech, e-commerce, and fitness, where I applied concepts like customer segmentation, churn analysis, and hypothesis testing to solve real-world business problems.
