I\'ve spent the last 6+ years helping businesses fix their IT problems and keep their systems running smoothly. I\'ve worked across different industries including Banking (Bank of America), Aviation (Tata Boeing Aerospace), Logistics, and Professional Services, supporting users both remotely and in person. My technical skills include Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools like SCCM and Intune. I\'m also experienced with ServiceNow and remote support tools such as Quick Assist, AnyDesk, and TeamViewer. What I\'m good at-Solving complex technical issues quickly for both executives and staff -Managing large-scale system updates and deployments across multiple locations (600+ endpoints)-Writing PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and save time -Maintaining security compliance in highly regulated environments -Meeting service level agreements consistently (99.8% resolution within target) I genuinely enjoy helping people use technology more effectively and finding solutions that make everyone\'s workday easier.
