I lead a Regulatory Reporting Team at NatWest Group\'s Finance Hub India, managing 12 professionals overseeing critical submissions such as Pillar 1 reporting, supporting CoRep, and other regulatory returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and contributing to timely and accurate regulatory filings. Key responsibilities include RWA reporting, performing regulatory reconciliations with source systems such as FGL, Athena, Avaloq, and Murex. RWA numbers are signed off by the Regulatory Reporting Head and Regulatory Controllers before further submission.
