As a Divisional Manager of ECHO and Ultrasound Technology at ChenMed, I oversee the operations, clinical operations, technology, business aspects, and quality of Echocardiography and Ultrasound services across multiple markets and help lead one of the largest ECHO and Ultrasound Technologist groups in the Nation. I partner extensively with the Cardiovascular Care COE to help guide heart failure management, cardiovascular clinical care workflow, and treatment, to help offer the best patient outcomes while lowering medical costs. I have over a dozen years of experience with diagnostic imaging and over 10 years working with cardiovascular, women\'s health, and primary care clinical operations, business acumen, and education/training at multiple levels. I have completed my Master\'s degree in Health Care Administration from LSU Shreveport, and have an Associate of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from Keiser University. I also hold a Bachelor\'s degree with a double major in Psychology and Women\'s Studies with a double minor in Sociology and Anthropology from Florida International University, and have received the Beta Gamma Sigma honor for my academic excellence. I am also bilingual in English and Spanish. I have been working at ChenMed for over 7 years, starting as an Echo/Ultrasound Technologist, then rising to a Lead position, and finally landing in my current position as Divisional Manager.
