As a vital member of the finance team, he spearheads the Tax & AP function, driving the establishment of processes, implementation of best practices, and elevation of overall finance controllership. In his current capacity, Nipurn collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, particularly business and operations teams to provide comprehensive support and device effective problem-solving solutions With a qualification as a Chartered Accountant, Nipurn brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Before joining Spinny, Nipurn worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Mazars, and ASA for six years, extensively involved in consulting, compliance and business advisory assignments related to tax, regulatory matters, due diligence, and transaction advisory. Nipurn completed a three-year articleship at Ray & Ray, Chartered Accountants, where he garnered experience within the assurance & advisory domain. Here, he was involved in assurance assignments such as statutory audit, internal audit, tax audit, and other assurance assignments. Additionally, he gained exposure in transfer pricing and valuation-related assignments, further enriching his skill set and industry acumen.
