   Design, develop, build, and test next generation IBM Cloud platform that delivers social, analytics, commerce, and governance- Primarily working on account and user management services for IBM Cloud platform which acts as an entry point to the IBM Public Cloud- Received the Outstanding Technical Achievement Award in the IBM Public Cloud Platform Organization for the year 2019- Working on the development of code which involves tasks like allowing users to create new accounts, invite new users to their IBM Cloud accounts and provide APIs for other teams in IBM to retrieve user and account data for integration to their applications- Constant interaction with support teams for resolving problems that arise from customer complaints, in a quick and efficient manner- Work with continuous integration and automated testing strategies using tools like Jenkins, Mocha test framework and Kubernetes- Instrument cloud based services for real time monitoring and recovery strategies with the help of tools like New Relic and Elastic Search- Specializing in server programming and application programming interface (API) development, middleware software, open source software exploration and integration, security vulnerability tests and resolution- Working on the creation of interfaces and APIs that are currently exposed to the developer community and designing application frameworks and modules for use across multiple backend services- Working in a cross-functional team involving the Metering, Billing and Provisioning teams to prototype, design, and implement new software- Enhance, identify best practices with respect to Cloud based services development, test, deployment & maintenance- Collaborate with User Interface, Product and Design teams to design and implement new user-facing features using technologies like JavaScript, NoSQL, Shell scripts, Automation tools.
