I am an Investment banking professional, responsible for - Analyzing investment opportunities, leading the research, analysis and evaluation of a variety of investment opportunities as well as managing the overall evaluation process and overseeing the development of complex dynamic financial models and valuation analysis- Lead due diligence on opportunities including past and projected financial performance, quality of management teams, merits and risks of equity investments, expected returns, regulatory environment, industry dynamics and other relevant factors- Providing preparation & execution support on bid proposals/tendering based RFP, RFQ, for Government / Private Business Development initiatives- Providing business development support in preparation of business proposals, lead generation till closure with new and existing clientsWorked as an Analyst at CRISIL Research for 4 years; dealing with business and financial risk analysis of sectors & companies, to help financial institutions & corporates make investment decisions. Further, my role involved regularly interacting with prospective/existing clients and making presentations on sector outlook.During the stint at CRISIL, I developed a strong grip on credit analysis, financial modeling, demand-supply assessment, project feasibility studies and consultancy assignments. Worked mainly on sectors; Infrastructure (Ports & Shipping), Energy (Oil & Gas, Coal) and Logistics.
