Hi, I\'m Niomi Thompson, a dedicated communications professional with a diverse background spanning education, nonprofit work, and small business ventures. With a passion for fostering connections and driving impactful change, I bring a blend of skills in program management, administration, strategic planning, community engagement, and teaching.Currently, I serve as the President-Elect of the Junior League of Wichita, where I work alongside a dynamic team to empower women and create positive community change. In addition, I serve on the Board of Trustees for the Mid-America All-Indian Museum, advocating for cultural preservation and education. My involvement in the Cultural Funding Committee further underscores my commitment to supporting the arts and cultural initiatives in the Wichita community.Throughout my career, I\'ve thrived in roles that allow me to collaborate with leaders, engage with customers, connect with stakeholders, and forge meaningful partnerships with community organizations.
