About Nino Sidamonidze

I am a Political Science Graduate (3.98 GPA) from Pace University (NYC), with an academic foundation rooted in both the Republic of Georgia and the United States. My journey began at Caucasus University and continued at Pace, where I developed a global perspective and a passion for addressing complex international challenges. Professionally, I’ve gained diverse experience in healthcare, international advocacy, and policy research. I previously served as a Programs Associate at the Organization for International Cooperation (OIC), where I assisted in research, advocacy, and program development aimed at promoting dialogue and peace. These experiences strengthened my analytical skills and my ability to contribute to solutions in international relations. Currently, I am a Political Affairs Intern at the United Nations, working within the Departments of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs and Peace Operations (DPPA-DPO), specifically at the United Nations Operations and Crisis Centre (UNOCC). I am driven by a long-term aspiration to build a career in diplomacy and international law, focusing on conflict resolution and peacebuilding. My goal is to contribute to initiatives that foster dialogue, promote sustainable peace, and create innovative solutions to today’s pressing global challenges.
