Currently interning as a Progress Plan Leader within the BE-BM department for turbine blades, my mission is to lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects, defined in advance within a strategic roadmap. My internship focuses on three key areas of improvement:Enhancing communication within the department: Implementation of a communication server consisting of a newsletter, key highlights, and a daily portrait within the turbine blades division. The goal is to strengthen interdepartmental communication and improve the transmission of key information.Deployment of MSP software in machining: Creation of control charts for various parameters. This project aims to establish an indicator to anticipate deviations and thus reduce production scrap.Reducing unnecessary meetings to improve productivity: Defining the essential participants for each meeting. Currently, the high number of meetings impacts the teams\' ability to focus on their objectives. This project aims to optimize working time and the efficiency of discussions.Improving visual management in the production and BE-BM departments: Implementation of visual supports to facilitate communication between production and methods, improving clarity and responsiveness in exchanges.These projects allow me to gain in-depth experience in project management and process optimization, while directly contributing to the efficiency and performance of the department.
