I am head of our Dispute Resolution team in the Midlands and specialise in all areas of Dispute Resolution, Health & Safety Prosecutions and Contentious Intellectual Property. I also oversee the Firm\'s Motor Retail Sector, am an accredited Mediator with Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and Chair of professional networking group \'Network Derby\'.I regard myself as a facilitator, bringing together experience of commercial negotiation and strategic advice to bring about a commercial solution for all concerned. I am from Derby and remain a big Derby County FC supporter.
