I am the Chairman of EBAT (The Elena Baltacha Academy) and The Elena Baltacha Foundation. Through our foundation we ensure that thousands of children have the opportunity to experience free tennis sessions. The foundation then supports these players in terms of deciding whether they want to play for fun or be an elite tennis player, either way the foundation team is there to guide them through these decisions. We have supported fun tennis sessions all the way to players who have been involved in serious tennis programmes which have gained the International status as part of the Great Britain Tennis Team.
