I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Financial Planning from Merrimack College, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude. Building on my strong academic foundation, I furthered my education at Merrimack College by earning a Master of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Taxation. My rigorous academic training has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, financial planning strategies, and specialized knowledge in Taxation. Professionally, I have gained valuable experience as a Tax Associate at KPMG, a Big Four accounting firm, where I primarily focused on preparing fiscal and excise tax provision work papers for Regulated Investment Companies (RICs). I also participated in technical training to further develop investment tax and other accounting skills. Currently, I serve as a Senior Finance Associate at Bain Capital, where I assist in leading the accounting, treasury, tax, and fair market value reporting aspects for various General Partnership (GP) entities ranging from Private Equity to Real Estate. Another integral part of my role involves preparing carried interest, vesting, and profit/loss allocations to the partners and members of the GP entities. I am also tasked with preparing quarterly tax estimates, reviewing annual tax forms (Schedule K-1s), and consulting with internal and external tax advisors. I am also responsible for the partnerships\' operations and administrative activity, ranging from capital calls and cash distributions to cash reconciliations and related regulatory requirements. This diverse experience has further refined my expertise and prepared me to excel in the dynamic fields of accounting and finance.
