After winning the GirlsInTech Hackathon, the GreenCloset initial product team was excited and determined to translate our vision into reality.Taking on the role of Lead UX/UI Designer I started developing an engaging, user-friendly, and easy-to-navigate design for GreenCloset\'s digital product.From the project\'s early stages, I actively participated in UX research and crafted user personas to better understand our target audience.In the branding domain, I participated in creating and implementing visual elements such as typography and color schemes, which plays a crucial role in shaping a unique and cohesive brand identity for GreenCloset.In the ongoing phase, I work closely with the Product Manager and Developers team, to make sure our product integrates meaningful features, maintains a well-structured site map, and effectively addresses user needs.Within the design realm, I organize weekly design sync meetings with the team, ensuring the prioritization of design steps. During the meetings I oversee the review, revision, approval, and assignment of tasks and keep design backlog well-organized on Jira and Notion. Additionally, I occasionally update the design architecture of our product, ensuring a seamless and strategic development approach.A pivotal aspect of my role is actively developing the design system based on the \"Atomic\" methodology for the product, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the design process. Additionally, I design low-fidelity wireframes, establishing the foundational framework for the user interface.
