Responsible for the unit P&L with focus on business Development.• Cross-functional role: working closely with Production, Marketing, Logistics and R&D to obtain fast and successful market deployment.• Develop and implement the sales strategy for a new patented technology in the pipeline rehabilitation industry using LED light curing process. • Identify and evaluate specific business opportunities in new regional markets. • Set up distributor network in specific areas. Create new partnerships and manage long term relationships with general contractors, engineering consultants and government officials.• In charge of the Area Market Research, Development and Competitive Analysis.• Ensured the effectiveness and continuous analysis of the integrated sales forecasting and monthly sales reporting.
