I have acquired extensive business project and processing knowledge. 10+ years I have filled the positions of Project Manager, Program Manager, ERP Business Analysis and Business Relationship Manager. Experienced manager over various aspects of ERP systems both SAP and IFS implementations, Change Management and Global Support Manager overseeing 24/7 system support. I have been a part of 8 full life cycle projects; 3 Global Projects, 3 ERP upgrades, Capable and have demonstrated I can successfully manage projects and personnel through the various phases of a project lifecycle. I fully understand the financial budgeting, full life cycle approach of design, realization, final preparation, Go-Live and Post Go-Live support. My Project Management experience includes industry segments of: Automotive, Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense, Oil & Gas, Electronics, Retail, Entertainment, Insurance, Telecommunications, Public Sector, and Beverage. Currently studying to obtain my PMP certification.
