I am currently working at Alpine Immune Sciences, a Vertex company in Seattle, WA. I am on the Bioanalytical Sciences Team, focused on discovering and developing innovative, protein-based immunotherapies. I currently hold a B.S. in Molecular Microbiology and Immunology, with a minor in Psychology. My current skills are utilized in technical program management to drive project execution to achieve strategic goals within Translational Medicine, CRO management from both a SME and program management role, writing documents and reports for regulatory filings and congresses, and analyzing and summarizing data to present in scientific discussions within the team and with multidisciplinary teams. My technical skills are in designing and mentoring other bioanalytical scientists on MSD assays, developing customized automation programs/scripts to maximize efficiencies in data consolidation and QC, maintaining company ELN and evaluating and implementing new technologies, ELISAs, both ligand-binding and cell-based immunogenicity assays, biomarker assays, and troubleshooting instrumentations. I also have experience with multiplex assays on both Luminex and MSD. My background is in: ELISA/ECLIA development, qualification, validation and transfer to CROs, sample testing with various matrices, using technologies such as SoftMax Pro, Tableau, Snowflake, R, Visual Studio Basic, Smartsheets, Monday.com, and Jira, and working in both GLP and GLP-like laboratories. I also have experience with Hamilton robots (STAR and ELISA Nimbus), Janus, and BioTek plate washers.
