Managing the process of TPA (Third – Party Associates) Onboarding to Exit.2. Ensure Third Party employee’s statutory parameters like monthly PF & ESI remittance, statutory bonus payouts and all Third-Party employees are covered under medical/accident Insurance.3. Ensure to set a clear SLA’s for TPA employees for the timely submission on Attendance and approvals from the business.4. Updating the TPA employee database with 100% accuracy.5. Managing internal/external audit w.r.t to TPA process6. Proactive in identifying, analysing and improving upon existing TPA business processes within an organization.7. Involved in new Vendor evaluation & Contract Management.8. Verification of invoices in comparison with the signed rates, deductions and supporting documents9. Validating and approving invoices related to contingent workforce program.10. Accountable for vendor payout and disbursements on time.11. Based on approved timecard should raise the invoices (contingent employee invoices, Travel invoices etc,) and share with team for payments12.
