About Ning Li
I am a cardiac physiologist and pharmacologist with 8 years of research experience. I obtained my PhD in pharmacology and toxicology in 2011 in university of California, Davis. I am looking for pharmaceutical industrial position, My interest and expertise enable me to work on drug development against cardiac diseases including atrial arrhythmia. I can also work on drug safety study.Specialties: • in vivo small animal model studies, including heart surgeries (myocardial infarction, cardiac hypertrophy etc), Hemodynamic recording (ADinstrument, Millar), echocardiograph scan (VisualSonic), in vivo electrophysiological study (intracardiac pace the heart), viral gene dilervery and stem cell xenografting to the heart. • in vivo telemetry, ion channel (hERG) study, isolate and culture cardiomyocyte, whole-cell patch clamp. Langendorff electrophysiological study. in vivo Imaging (IVIS Spectrum).• Multiple projects management, quick learning/finding (new) knowledge and team working• Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics (PK & PD) study
