Participated in the implementation of the program impact evaluation, using difference-in-difference (DinD) method and the comparative interrupted time series (CITS) method.• Co-lead the development of the National Survey of Substance Abuse Treatment Services (N-SSATS) 2017 report, funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). • Co-lead literature reviews on topics related to opioid abuse and treatment, mental health service utilization and homelessness, funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). • Co-lead the development of selected Adult and Child Core Set measures using the Transformed Medicaid Statistical Information System (T-MSIS) data, funded by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Coauthored the memorandum for assessing the quality of the T-MSIS data elements necessary for calculating the selected Core Set measures, and presented to CMS. • Analyzed clinical data and estimated 10-year cardiovascular diseases risk for the Million Hearts CVD Risk Reduction Model Evaluation and Analysis, funded by CMS.
