My project\'s aim is to better understand and address the practice and attitudes of private doctors with respect to COI and incentivization by the pharmaceutical industry, in order to reduce unnecessary prescribing. My responsibilities are including but not limited to:1. Research and project management• Contributing to peer-reviewed publications • Project and grant management, including stakeholder outreach and the development of an engagement strategy • Organized two pharmaceutical industry consultations in 2023 with influential representatives from national and international companies operating in Pakistan (C-suite level)• Led on two grant applications • Initiated my own research project on the regulatory and policy landscape for ethical marketing guidelines in Pakistan • Developed the concept notes and content for a journalist workshop in Pakistan with colleagues, a video competition and other engagement activities2. Education• Co-module organiser for an intensive 5-week course on Globalisation and Health • Manage the Private Sector Interest Group, Contribute to the Communicable Diseases Policy Research Group (CDPRG) and Organized and delivered two workshops on science communications for faculty and department colleagues
