Managing Director Banking & Capital Markets Head of Inclusion & Diversity for Financial Services @Accenture

I became a Managing Director in 2007, ten years after joining Accenture as an analyst, and since then have continued to work across the Financial Services industry, leading projects within the Banking, Capital Markets, and Wealth Management sectors. I also have acted as Client Account Lead for multiple Tier 1 Investment Banking and Retail Banking clients. My approach is rooted in transformative thinking, rather than just looking for a one-off ‘fix’, and I am passionate about equipping clients with the processes they need to derive full value from change, whatever form it takes. Some key projects I have led on, include: • Helping a global investment bank to identify better ways to deliver their Capital Markets change portfolio, including the transformation of non-performing programmes of change; • Helping multiple investment banking clients on large divestments of their non-core business; • Leading on large-scale Structural Reform programmes (ring-fencing) within the banking sector; Internally, I am Head of Inclusion & Diversity for all of Accenture’s Financial Services teams. I am passionate about finding transformative solutions to the way Accenture develops our most valuable resource –our people. I am responsible for facilitating processes to encourage a workplace environment in which every individual has the support, tools and training they need to succeed. I also bring this approach to my clients, where I am always on the lookout for opportunities to share the latest thinking around inclusion and diversity.
