As a dedicated Consulting Manager on Plante Moran\'s public sector and infrastructure consulting team, I have extensive experience partnering with Public Sector clients across the nation to modernize their tools and technology. I leverage my information technology background and passion for people to drive meaningful improvements in organizations. My expertise lies in enterprise technology (ERP, HRIS, etc.) and optimizing operations to deliver an exceptional user and customer experience.In recent projects, I’ve led initiatives in process review and optimization, technology needs assessments, ERP and HRIS system selections, and new system implementations. Beyond my client-focused work, I am a champion for professional growth (learning and development) within Plante Moran. I lead training improvement initiatives in our public sector practice and across the broader management consulting practice. Additionally, I recruit future leaders to Plante Moran as a recruitment lead for the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, my alma mater.I bring a versatile skill set to the table, including proficiency in Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Project, Word, and Excel, alongside strong leadership, project management, teamwork, and communication skills.
