   Oversee grant administration of the Land and Water Conservation Fund, Recreational Trails Program, Off Highway Vehicle Program, Heritage funds and other grant funds designed to increase outdoor recreation use within the State of Arizona. Develop and manage budgets including contract development, project status, and collection of data related to trails and grants.Build and execute full compliance program to ensure outdoor recreation sites are protected in perpetuity and available to the public. Identifies, establishes, and cultivates partnerships with agencies and o rganizations throughout the state as it relates to trails and outdoor recreation. Provide technical assistance to local communications to increase grant revenue.
