At the Deloitte Greenhouse I enable, coach, challenge and train C-level leaders and their core teams to effectively adapt their strategies, mindsets, communication and culture to current and future business challenges. I work with them on cross-cutting topics such as sustainability, team development, inclusive leadership/leadership culture, digitalization and strategic development/alliances. Our labs are designed to tackle complex transformation processes - rooted in powerful science and research from the fields of organizational design, group dynamics, environmental psychology, design thinking, systemic coaching and innovation theory. The Deloitte Greenhouses provide cutting-edge physical spaces and are located around the world in 23 countries. Participants are taken out of their everyday environment and enabled to break established patterns, stimulate creativity and develop new perspectives for successful and sustainable transformation.
