Honing in on the human aspect of leadership development; I challenge professionals to extend beyond their capacity and reach their full potential while holding space for people to be vulnerable and feel safe in their authentic being. Through years of mentorship and coaching, I\'ve learned that vulnerability is one of humankind’s greatest and most misunderstood strengths. And I am on a mission to help others understand and realize the importance of vulnerability by helping leaders across the country become more vulnerable. I work with leaders to build strong connections with their teams by helping them tell their story with their whole heart, hold space for others by being present and open, and exercising the selfless act of suspending self-importance to serve others. I am showing leaders the impact and results that will come with creating a work environment built on the foundation of authenticity, safety, trust and consciousness.I am the founder of Fringe Transformation Group where I spearhead work to cultivate strong leaders to new heights and formidable experiences by starting from within. Self-awareness, presence and humanity are at the core of my teachings. As the child of two trailblazing parents, my life journey has shaped me to be bold, nurturing and spirit directed. My specialities are in helping to shape, inspire, and empower leaders in impactful ways, being a creative and out-of-the-box thinker and team building.
