   I build, and iterate on, comprehensive PD plans in partnership with district partners. I assist districts with change management and am the point of contact for implementation support. I work to build capacity within districts with the end goal of a self-sustaining implementationI support district partners of varying levels of service delivery with implementations of core, supplemental, and assessment programming including: developing a multi-year, district-wide professional development strategy, advising district leaders on key pedagogical questions and change management considerations, and conducting district-wide program reviews.
