About Ninad Rao

As a person I am always looking to try new things. That\'s how I find out what I like and what I don\'t. I\'ve always wanted to excel at everything I study and practise. Being an individual with multiple passions is extremely exciting, and I\'m glad I\'ve found mine. I don\'t have a plan for a career, but I know I\'ll be successful in whatever I do because of my passion for learning about everything. My varied personality has recently sparked an interest in me learning new technology. Because there is always something new to learn about it and it develops regularly as time goes on, the challenge of developing any web or mobile application keeps me motivated. All my soft skills actually helped me, and are significantly responsible for my subsequent achievements. Career Highlights Contributed to the frontend development and design of the already operational e-commerce website. Taken part in a number of hackathons, including Code-For-Good which is under JPMorgan & Chase Co. Secured first place in Nirvana, an event to deliver a solution to social justice domain. I started working on web development-related projects to get experience with technological frameworks. I switched from working on Java GUI for my projects to working on Next.js and that was a rollercoaster. The web application design was the most enjoyable for me because it required a lot of thought and creativity. Languages: Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS Framework: React.js, Next.js, Flask, Laravel, Flutter, Angular Database: MySQL, Firebase Devops: Git, Github, AWS I\'ll now discuss leadership, one of my favourite soft talents. To be true, I didn\'t naturally possess this, but as time went on, I began to develop it due to its high importance today. Being a leader comes with a lot of pressure, but I work hard to handle the strain and provide quality work on schedule. I have enjoyed many positions throughout my career. Been a Secretary and Deputy Secretary at QuestIT Cell Been a Placement Co-ordinator of the Information Technology department Led VESIT Admission Team for almost of 2 years Been a Class Representative couple of times I\'m currently working in JPMorgan Chase & Co, focusing on developing and contributing my skills to advance my technical knowledge.
