With more than 13 years of experience in working with IT delivery and pre-sales, and worked as a Developer, Designer, and a Team Lead, conversant in multiple COTS products viz BMC Remedy ITSM, BMC TrueSight, Solvatio AG, SAP BOXI and Telecom OSS/ BSS domain (eTOM/ TAM/ ITIL v3). Currently working for a leading Telco Customer and deputed at Manchester (UK). I render my services to the best of my abilities with utmost professionalism and sincerity but also I go well beyond my remit for the benefit and the name of our organization. Apart from my day job I have contributed immensely to win new business, generated more revenue and got new teams/ resources onboarded successfully some with even onsite opportunities even when Covid hit us all badly. I have also worked on multiple RFP/ RFQs in the past and was selected as a part of the TechM Leaders Program.
