As a part of Equity Derivatives Middle Office, my core expertise lies in People management, Trade life cycle management including T0 validations, reconciliations, coupon/floating calculations, confirmation and affirmation of electronic OTC trades.In my 9+ years of experience, I have gained knowledge of listed and OTC equity derivative and fixed income derivative products. I also possess an understanding of trade confirmations, technological enhancements, structured deal reviews and Product control processes.In my stint with Nomura, I have handled several firm wide projects and have worked on many process efficiencies which helped my team to build an internal capacity. I worked with WNS in its KPO division for 18 months and yet have gained significant experience in post M&A transactions.Apart from my experience, I love to learn new products and processes, experiment with new ideas, deep dive into problems and face challenges that help me in improving my knowledge.
